Value HVAC Services was founded and is owned by Sergey Nesenchuk. His career began when he was 18 years old in the state of Washington as a sheet metal fabricator for the HVAC industry. After moving to Kentucky in 2005, he continued his career in Georgetown. Since then Value HVAC Services has been able to serve thousands of happy customers in Georgetown and the surrounding areas.
